Philadelphia Printworks (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the community”) operates this forum as a collective space for discussion, resource-sharing, and engagement. These terms apply specifically to participation in this forum and do not govern other Philadelphia Printworks products or services.

Respectful Participation
This space is built on principles of collective care, curiosity, and shared learning. We ask that all members engage in ways that reflect these values.
By using this forum, you agree to:

Your Permission to Engage
To participate in the Philadelphia Printworks Reading Group, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Follow the agreements outlined in Acceptable Use and Content Standards.
- Refrain from engaging in harmful or disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to revoke access if a member violates these agreements.
Community Agreements
This space is shaped by all of us—your engagement influences the tone and culture of the group. Help foster a thoughtful, accessible, and inclusive space by:
Being mindful of how you contribute to discussions.
Respecting multiple perspectives, while centering marginalized voices.
Using content warnings (CW) when discussing potentially triggering topics.
Keeping discussions on-topic and relevant to the reading group’s focus.
This is a space for collective dialogue, not debate. If disagreements arise, approach them with curiosity, not combativeness.
Acceptable Use
The following behaviors are not permitted in this space:
Harassment & Hate Speech – Racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any other form of oppressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Spam & Unsolicited Promotions – Do not post commercial advertisements, mass promotions, or solicitations.
Impersonation – Do not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity.
Unethical Data Collection – Gathering members’ personal data without consent is prohibited.
Intellectual Property Violations – Do not share copyrighted content without proper credit or permission.
Disruptive Behavior – This includes derailing conversations, intentionally provoking conflict, or flooding discussions with off-topic content.
Automated or Malicious Activity – Do not use bots, scrapers, or software that disrupts normal forum functions.
Violations of Acceptable Use may result in warnings, content removal, or account suspension.
Content Standards
To maintain a welcoming space for all members, content shared in this forum should align with the following guidelines:
- Respectful & Constructive Contributions – Share ideas thoughtfully and engage in good faith.
- Relevance – Posts should align with the reading group’s mission and current discussions.
- No Hate Speech or Harmful Content – This includes harassment, threats, or violent rhetoric.
- No Sharing of Private Information – Do not post anyone’s personal information without consent.
- Trigger Warnings – Use CW (Content Warning) for discussions involving sensitive or traumatic topics.
If you see content that violates these agreements, please flag it for review rather than engaging directly.
Moderation & Accountability
Moderators are here to help facilitate discussion, not police participation. However, they reserve the right to:
- Edit, move, or remove content that violates guidelines.
- Issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or bans if necessary.
- Address reports from the community regarding harmful behavior.
If you believe moderation actions have been unfair, you may request a review. However, moderators’ decisions are final in ensuring the safety and well-being of the space.
Your Account
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
Provide a valid email address and keep it up-to-date.
Select a secure password and protect your login credentials.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
You may close your account at any time by emailing readwithus@philadelphiaprintworks.com.
Your Contributions
You retain ownership of the content you share, but by posting here, you grant us permission to:
Display, share, and archive your posts within the forum.
Remove content that violates our agreements.
If you delete a post, it may remain in backups or archives temporarily. We do not guarantee content removal from all external sources.
